Wrong Product description

There web site states that the following "The outdoor sensor is made with industrial-grade PVC housing, rubberized weather/water-resistant seal, and a sunshade. Runs on one rechargeable 18650 Li- batteries for up to one year."

when I received the product the outdoor sensors do not run on rechargeable 18650 batteries they only take 4 AA batteries. I sent an email to customer support and never heard anything.

Hosmart 1/2 mile 1 zone alarm kit

On October 1, 2024, I ordered the 1/2 mile 4 zone driveway alarm kit. I received the monitor and one sensor. I have sent several emails to the company asking them to rectify the problem since I paid for four sensors. As of October 27, 2024 I have not received any response or the other three sensors. The monitor and sensor are still in the box. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

This is my 2nd unit. The 1st one worked 1/2 the time on batteries only , couldn’t get it to us ac power so I bought a 2nd one to replace the receiver, some thing will with with batteries but not the ac power
The customer service department don’t respond.
Made in China. That says it all

I ordered driveway alarm kit on 26th Nov 2023 but after lots of emails and queries I received a email on 2nd January 2023 that my order has been delivered to some place in USA but it’s clearly mentioned on my order invoice that my delivery address is in Uk. I don’t know why a professional website can do such unprofessional work. Can you provide updates about my order that when it will arrive in Uk??
