Easy to install, works great!

This was for my parents.
My Mom told me she never knows when someone drives down the lane. My parents are both 76. She has had problems with deliveries just being left outside in the rain, snow etc. Finding them days later.
We installed this for them. Was easy to install.
Now every time someone comes down the lane she knows. She can hear it anywhere in the house. It has a nice doorbell sound. Alerting them that someone is in the driveway.
She can even keep track of my Dad when he goes for walks up and down the driveway. She knows he’s still out there because alarm goes off every time he passes it!

Had one that works ok. So, I bought another one for a different location. I cannot get the second one to work reliably. When I test it (and the unit is upside down) I can get it to work. However, once I put the unit correct side up, with the solar panel up, it will not detect a vehicle or person. Does NOT work. Does not ring the chime in the receiver in channel 1, 2, or 4. The old one is on channel 3.

Service????

Contacting this company seems futile!! Have tried messaging and all I get is AI generated messages which are not helpful. The phone numbers do not seem to be correct as the contacts do not identify eMacross or Hosmart. The voice messages have gone unanswered. What is the deal for assistance?
My 2 sensors are just 3 years old but are only working intermittently or not at all. Have attempted to clean them. I need to know if the system is repairable.

Range is horribly misleading

Bought this system and it will only detect 2 of the four sensors. Base unit is in the center of all four.

Will detect the first two, the other two it cannot read. None of these are more than 500 feet from the base.

Not Good In NZ

Brought this alarm that should be good for 1/2 a mile , well it struggles to work at 100 metres , fails to work sometimes and will go off for no reason.
Very disappointed in this product.
